I don’t have one fitted to my bike,I’ve only ridden it 150miles home after purchase on twisty bumpy roads and it felt fine.
I’ve since found out they were fitted as standard so my question is do I actually need one?
Spada’s had them too. I think it was because of the large screen or handlbar fairing, possibility of shakes. When I got my Spada second hand the damper was missing, I bought one anyway and found it wasn’t needed. It was adjustable and had to be backed right off else the steering was too stiff to turn, so that it was hardly doing anything. I think I took it off again. Didn’t cost too much fortunately.

My Cali 3 has one, butit is backed right off and d oes nothing. You should be fine without it.
