hi,anyone know of a suitable replacement for a v50 mk II fuel tank cap?the original is nasty plastic rubbish + big as it covers the brake master cylinder as well as locking the fuel tank?cheers
Nope that is one I believe you are stuck with unless you swap the tank and get rid of that master for a handlebar one from another Guzzi (Or even a Honda 250) you would also need to get a rear mast cyl as If memory serves that one covers the front and rear mind that slave cyl under the tank is silly a cable to operate a hydraulic system . Only Guzzi could think of THAT one
Nope, BMW did it as well. R series pre 1983, apparently. Thank gawd mine is the later ‘fixed’ version
