Daytona RS 1225cc conversion

I’m building a Daytona RS special, enlarging the engine to 1225cc using the same pistons and Conrods used in the MGS-01 Corsa. The pistons are 10mm dia larger so I’ll need to fit new liners but looking at the part numbers the crank case for the Daytona and MGS are the same, am I missing something, I can’t believe the relined cylinders will fit the crank case without modifying. Anyone out there completed a 1225cc conversion themselves.
