Well mine gets its first service on Friday and then on Monday it will be doing its first long ride as I’m taking it up to mid- Northumberland to visit my parents. Hopefully it will behave. Every reason to think it will.

Hey, @South_Westerly! Good to see you here. We share the same recent experiences on Guzzitech. I’ve never had to debase myself so much! I hope you are impressed. 
It all feels a bit too angry to me, so I’m going to step back a bit. This UK forum already feels like a kinder place.

They are a bit intense over there but mean well I think. They are mostly American after all!
You also have to remember that Guzzitech is a moneymaking enterprise, so they get a bit pissy if somebody flies in the face of the “company line”.
There was a bit of squabbling on there about somone providing a link to a product not available via in-site merchandising…and they have a habit of slagging off other sources of Guzzi info. Make of that what you will.

I’m just passing south west of the Cape Verde Islands on my way to Point Tupper in Canada. It is indeed Inmarsat although there’s rumours that we might be switching to Starlink this year. Believe it when I see it.
