Feeding the addiction choices

Well the BMW has gone and now have a hole in the garage. Been told that under no circumstances are there going to be 2, 2 wheelers in there again…hmmmm. Anyway, I can’t see me parting with the bella, so I am going to spend some time and dollar on her to make it more comfy for the director and perhaps add a bit of bling. Always fancied the Mistral matt black exhaust for a bit of fruitiness and my try the V Twin boost for a bit smoother bottom end, I know there are a few out there that say it’s snake oil, but I may give it a go anyway. First though, I may look at replacing the rear shock, some investigation neeeded.

Hi Richie, I also have a Bella and now a V85tt E5+, very different bikes, Bella has the best / most enjoyable engine out of any Guzzi I have ridden, tractable and rev happy too. Have you tried the “Comfort” seat on the Bella ? I have one you are welcome to try, if you are interested I have a V Twin boost which I took off a couple of years ago, you are welcome to try it, I have Mistral stainless exhausts on mine which sound great. I’m based in Poole, Dorset.

Hi Rich. Definitely one of the best engines out there. I love the feel of it and how it can Definitely lift it’s skirts. We have the comfort seat, but the Bella just doesn’t work for the management, so I gave up trying after putting on the fugly peg extensions with still no joy. So I went and got another little italian - vespa gts300 - that I know we both love riding and means I can keep the Bella for my own rides out. Not to everyone’s liking here I’m sure, but Its something we had previously and we can easily tow with our camper for pootling about when we’re pitched up. So now have the best of all worlds.

Sounds like a win, win situation, I have nothing against a vespa, it has 2 wheels and probably fun too and ideal if it keeps the management happy and you can travel together.
