i have only ever had to replace seals on a Convert - easy peasy.

now having to do them on the Cali - got them out easy enough but cant see how to refit new ones because of a ‘circlip’ type ring inside the tube that holds the seal in - it doesnt have holes like a circlip but is same idea. it is stopping seal going in.

how do i get it out - what is the trick i am missing ?jim mac2013-08-12 21:16:30

Like a circlip but you pry it out.



how did you manage to get the seal out without removing it?

that’s the one, saw the image on Stein Dinse - ok, so keep trying to prise it out it is then, appears easier said…
