Hi, just taken ownership of a 1980le mans mk2 that needs recommissioning and starting to explore what’s what. Probably a daft question but can someone tell me what the toggle switch on the left underside of the instrument panel is for please?

Thanks, the indicators aren’t working at the moment which explains why it did nothing
