Mk 2 vs Mk 5 le mans ?

Yep…ours looked ok, hence us not replacing it the first time…

Thanks Kate , at least i have something positive to look for , i was thinking that maybe it was the the clutch steel plate warping , i reckon i’ll get the whole caboodle from Stein Deinse .
I put the kit on my T3 and it all seems ok apart from the jangles when i pull the clutch in that seem to have occured after i did the timing with the strobe ?.

Just get a big file out and file 'em down…

Axel from Kaffeemaschine has machined a LM3 engine to make it look like a round barrel engine. In general I like his bikes but not sure if that particular modification looks right.

Bear in mind this involves removing material and hence making the surface area smaller. I’m guessing the ‘square’ barrels are not just simply round barrels with flats machined on, but a new casting that keeps the same sort of surface area.

The square barrels have a bigger surface area than the round barrels which is a good thing if building a “hot” guzzi :-)Personally I think they look very messy with round rocker covers fitted

For what its worth,I agree wholeheartedly with the last two posts.
