So it’s been along time coming, in 1994 I ordered a 1100i calfornia it was the first year for the injected models, sadly there were delays at the factory and I bought a 900 trident sprint instead.
Fast forward to 2005 and I bought my first guzzia a 1996 1100i california, it was a short lived affair maybes 6 months. Anyway moving upto date, I’ve had a number of adv style bikes for the last on and off 30 years and recently sold a bmw. TBH nothing was really exciting me and I thought it might be time to pack it in.
3 weeks ago we’d been down the beach and had called into a Ducatti and BMW showroom near closing time for a look see and there it was a V85tt something that hadn’t been on my radar, test rode it on Monday bought it on Tuesday so here I am, currently in Spain and keen to get home to ride it before the weather sets in.
