Sticking Footboard Rubbers

Hi, can anyone advise a good adhesive for sticking down footboard rubbers please?

Gripfill - though you might not get 'em off again.

I use a standard adhesive …Bostik or evostick works on my V1000 footboards BUT follow the instructions, smear on BOTH surfaces leave for 10 mins then press together the parts and pop a weight on them. IF you ever need to remove them a hairdryer heat is enough.

I tried the hot glue it goes brittle and other adhesivs over the years this stuff works ok.
