I meant tools issued in the army.The buggars probobly have too buy their own today, though I bought a 1/2 ''drive set myself as the army didn’t think I needed one.There are some excellent tools out there still and not too expensive.

Can’t beat the good old Made In England tools.
I bought the Britool 10-50ftlb when I was a callow apprentice, the 20-110ftlb Norbar some years later.
Anything less than 10ftlb in my opinion shouldn’t require a torque wrench.
