We had a Michelin man at our club explaining about tyres and obviously slanted to Michelin, however a lot of the BMW riders use PR6’s and he said that he wouldn’t recommend these for them as the new Anakee tyre is now the same level as the PR6 with 2CT+ construction.
So this could be something to explore.
the main issue with anakees for me would be noise. sports/sports touring tyres are much quieter than dual use tyres.

I must be going deaf as well as blind! Mind you I have had tinnitus forever it seems .. maybe it has been tyre noise all along? 
Anakees are loud.
A friend was worried that the noise was his bevel box whining - til he ditched the Anarchies!
Btw Trail Attack 3 are bloody good road (and English “road”) tyres
I had a set on my last bike. Anakees that is. Excellent road tyres but did not hear diddly. I guess I am just deaf or my helmet is too tight. Could have been mesmerised by my nice SC Projects zorst?
I got BMW to change my OE Anakees due to the noise!
(Should have got them to change the staggeringly useless OE battery too…)
