# Valenti restauri Moto Guzzi poor service

Hi, I have bought from Marco at [Valenti Restauri Moto Guzzi d’epoca](https://www.valentimotorestauri.com/) in the past and parts have come OK. However, I have heard poor reports since on parts not arriving for a long time, if at all ! I ordered some stuff off him last October and Ive not seen it yet. After a couple of brief emails with him apologising he now seems to have gone AWOL as not responding at all ! Anyone else had bother, does anyone have a direct phone number for him perhaps? It not just the money I appear to have lost its the fact I want my Airone sorting !

I have read several similar reports about his poor service since covid days on the Google Guzzi Singles group. Here is a typical conversation….

What does your Airone need? I have recently bought one myself and fortunately haven’t needed to buy too much for it yet. I tend to use Ebay.it, Subito etc for parts for my Stornello’s.

It’s a 1947 exposed valves. Managed to find stuff elsewhere apart from correct Marelli tipo BL magneto. Retro can supply but will be about 900 including import duties. The joys of Brexit.

If you go on Subito ( [https://www.subito.it/](https://www.subito.it/) ) and search for Marelli Tipo BL or Airone Magnete it will bring up several for sale with private sellers such as this one ……
