Hi, does anybody know if I can get an accurate colour wiring diagram for a 1997 1100 sport injection, I believe Chris950s used to do them, any ideas ?

Hello Chris, I still do produce colour wiring diagrams but your bike is not one I have drawn. Mostly I have pre-ECU models as the later ones are more complicated and do not fit so easily on an A3 sheet. That is the same as the one on the link in my post. I will look at it later this week and advise you if there are any errors.

I have looked for a factory wiring diagram and the only one I can find is for 1998 1100i Sport which is different from the one Carl Allison has drawn as noted above. If I could find a copy of the source diagram from Guzzi (in Italian) then I could check the colours for you.

That would be very helpful if you were able to find one, my bike was registered in1998 but on the vin plate it says 1997, I wouldn’t of thought there would have been any difference between a 97 and 98 wiring diagram ?, the earlier 96s pre-injection would obviously be different but the 97 and 98 were both injection models

I can only find a workshop manual for 1100i Sport/Daytona 1996 online which is different to Carl Allison’s one. :confused:
