Just had my bike serviced by a competent mechanic but not one under Guzzi Technical umbrella. The only thing he couldn’t do was cancel the ‘spanner’ symbol on the dash. Anyone have any ideas how to do this.
BTW I don’t have an OBD reader (but will get one if I have to).

You need to scroll through the menu to DIAGNOSTICS. You will be prompted for the service code, which on my Breva 1100 is 36421. Then scroll to RESET SERVICE.
I think your code is 36421, too, but it could be the Norge code of 28315.

Bear in mind that the Spanner Icon will come up on the mileage of each service interval (e.g. 10,000, 20,000, 30,000km ~ or the miles equivalent), no matter when you reset it.
For instance, if you did the service and reset at 18,000km, the Spanner Icon will pop up at 20,000km.
