I’ve got a 1973 Eldorado, and am switching to police handlebars.
All fine with the clutch cable, but the front brake cable I bought from MG Cycle turns out to be too short.
Listed on their website as being for police bars with a length of 59 inches.
Well it is 59 inches, but that’s approx 3 inches too short.
This is the cable with the switch for the brake light.
Just checked the other options they sell, and the cable for police handlebars, without the switch, is 63.5 inches !
That’s more like what I need, but I do want the switch.
Would anyone know a place that might sell such a cable ?
Or do most people just forget about the switch for the brake light ?
