Mille tyre pressures - a Guzzi secret it seems, not to be divulged in the handbook supplement, even though they do supply info like oil pump pressures!! Any suggestions?
And mine has nice linked FAC front dampers. I see Gutsibits suggest running these between 7 and 29psi. That seems a large range to me… And is it the Mountain Bike type hand pump that one should use to pressurise them?
Lastly, for now… E5 or E10 fuel?

Definitely stick to E5 fuel, E10 has more ethanol which is generally bad news for rubber components such as fuel pipes etc.
For tyre pressures, you could have a look at your tyre manufacurers website. I run my Spada at around 33 front and 36 to 39 rear depending on wether the mrs is on the back or not. Just experiment a bit and see what feels best for you.
Fork pressures, sorry, I haven’t got a clue, I’ve never had air forks.
E10 will start to break down after 30 days so E5 or better.
Tyre pressure depends on the brand, I use BT46 @ 33/37.
My LM1000 handbook says this about fork air pressure:
Air-hydraulic shock absorbers…
The operating load pressure of the front shock absorbers is 1.5 to 2.5 kg/crn2 (21 - 36 psi).
To check the pressure, the use of an accurate pressure gauge is recommended, with the connection tube as short as possible (ideally without a tube),
since the internal volume of the tube itself affects the true pressure in the shock absorbers.
To ascertain by how much the tube reduces the shock absorber’s internal pressure from that measured, simply take two successive readings; the difference between them shows accurately enough the pressure loss caused by every measurement.
The measurement should be made with the motorcycle on its centre stand, and with cold shock absorbers; pressurise the shock absorbers only with dehumidified air.
