The email below has full details of the event and the process for booking the accomodation - if you intend going I would suggest you book your room prior to the deadline of the 14 December to avoid dissapointment.

Your suggested arrangement works perfectly for us. I have reserved 10 twin/double rooms under the name “Moto Guzzi” for the night of 17 January 2026, booking reference BK023059, at the agreed rate of £144.00 per room for DBB.
I’ve added a note to keep the rooms as close together as possible. These rooms will be held until 14 December 2025; after this date, any unsold rooms will be released. Additional rooms can still be requested after that point, subject to availability.
As requested, your group will be able to dine together during your stay. I have also informed our reception team so they will be ready to assist your members when they call to confirm their bookings.
