hi all. have a likkle 350 Imola. left it in the garage for a month due to health issues and when i started it up found all my petrol in the sump partying with the oil. just wondering how to stop this happening again apart from turning off taps every time. ? float needles and seats?or something else. thanks for all the help
Turn the taps off anyway.

I always turn the taps off, but the float valve tips do go off, and are not too bad to replace.
