Hello I am looking for the plastic brushes carrier for my Bosch alternator.
The part number of the alternator is 0 120 340 002 and it was originally fitted to me 1974 850T but I suspect that these were used on many models.
Second hand would be fine or if new Bosch parts are available that also is fine.
As you can see the plastic holder has broken and is now unserviceable.
If they are made from unobtanium maybe I could get one 3D printed?

Thanks for that Dia G, I was hoping that a new one at 48.90 Euros plus postage would be the last option, I hope someone has a serviceable one in their shed.

I was wondering if you could build it up using JB Weld. Wrap masking tape around carbon brush to act as a former. Might be worth trying before selling a kidney. PS allow plenty of time for it to cure at least a week.
