I have a 2012 Norge and I’m thinking of upgrading the rear shock. Any suggestions or advice would be gratefully accepted.

I can’t speak from direct experience as I have a 2013 Stelvio, and have not yet upgraded the rear shock although I have fitted an Andreani cartridge kit to the front suspension.
The more expensive choices could be:
Nitron (available from Brooks Suspension)
Maxton
Matris (who may still do fork upgrade kits for the Norge)
Possible slightly cheaper:
Wilbers
Hyperpro
Hagon
Personally, if you haven’t upgraded the front forks I would be inclined to start there, but it of course depends on your personal experience and requirements.

On my sport I upgraded the springs front and rear, cheap and worthwhile.
