Airone Oil Spreader rings crankshaft and Gearbox

Im rebuilding my Airone Sport engine and the parts book shows an oil spreader ring on the crankshaft and gearbox primary shaft. Does anyone have any idea what these look like as they were fairly chewed up on my motor. The crankshaft one on mine was trapped between the roller bearing and the crank half. It looks like its just a large washer thats slightly curled over at the edge. The gearbox one was all but disintegrated. They look like when in place they will cover up most of the bearing (is this right?). Also the one on the gearbox will affect the float on the shaft I assume. Im unsure as to how this one fits as there is a washer in there which has a keyway cut in it. Should the clutch centre key go right through the spreader ring and washer? Bit confused… Anyone any ideas or had the same issue? Will add more pics on separate post.

more pics, this is the spreader ring on crankshaft.

pic added gearbox from parts book showing spreader ring

sorry, for some reason i can only upload one photo at a time, here is gearbox parts book

and here as took out of my motor, not that thrust washer has slot for key. The end gear floats so I assume critical for end float?

I did this job a couple of years ago but I can’t remember whether I had to replace the spreader rings. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos. I do have an english manual - that might help in undersanding the way these things work. I can send you a copy if you send me your email address (by PM). If you havn’t yet got a supplier I can recommend Guzzi Retro near Mandello who had everything I needed.

Good luck
