NI Guzzis 2nd Wednesday Meet & Ride

  • Wed 9th 7pm
    Meet at Dundrod (not Ards) Ulster Grand Prix Paddock/Joey Dunlop Grandstand, 3-7 Hannahstown Rd, Lisburn BT28 3TB then ride to Lough Neagh.

Moto Guzzi and Italian Motorcycle Owners (NI) 2nd Sunday Meet

  • Sun 13th 12 noon
    Meet at the Curr Road Centra, 6 miles east of Omagh on A5 to/from Ballygawley and Belfast. Centra, 64 Curr Road, Beragh, Omagh, BT79 0QW The location is roughly similar distance from Belfast, Ballymena and Coleraine. It’s also the route from Derry going south and Dublin going north. Accessible for midlands through Cavan and Monaghan.

    It was great to see 40 bikes at last month’s inaugural NI meet.

    Meet 11.00am at Drains Bay carpark on the coast road: 158 Coast Rd, Larne BT40 2LF

28 & 29 July Armoy Road Races

Sun 30 July - not likely to suit me, could be Castlewellan Spelga Newcastle if anyone wants to organise/commit or see what it’s like at the weekend.

Sat 5th Aug - Classic Bike Festival (ticketed) at Bishopscourt on Sat 5th from 9am & Sun 6th. Admission: Day ticket £30 on the gate, £20 in advance.

Sat 12th Aug - Co Down Traction Engine Club Vintage Festival, Ballygowan; also Classic Car & Bike Show Bangor Seafront, at Queen’s Parade car park, 12noon - 6pm. Looking for pre-85 vehicles to enter.

Sun 20th Aug - Italian Motorcycle Owners (Ireland) - Leinster, usually Howth meet.

Sat 2nd Sept - Greyabbey Classic Show at Greyabbey village hall, 10.00 - 15.00. £4 admission

Also on 2nd Sept, The Jimmy Smyth Memorial Trial in association with M.A.M.C at Upper Shilanavogey, by Slemish.
