Dear Guzzisti
I hope that you are all enjoying the long weekend and are getting some miles in on the Guzzi. I have damaged my knee, so am taking it easy this week. (Not a bike related accident)
Last weekend was a busy one, with the breakfast meet at Seaways Cafe and the Italian Car & Motorcycle day at Newby hall. Thanks to all who managed to get to one or both. They were a great success. It was to catch up.
There were lots of interesting bikes at both events, ranging from early Falcones to new V7s and V85TTs
Despite intermittent showers at Newby Hall, Guzzis outnumbered the other marques again, with bikes from all over Yorkshire, Tyneside, Norfolk, the midlands and from over the Pennines too.
It was a cracking day.
There is a branch meet at the Victoria Inn, Wetwang on Tuesday, I am looking forwards to see some of you there. Hopefully the knee will be better!
