Having a no start problem with my Breva and believe I’ve isolated it to a worn starter motor - bench tested it and although it turns it is painfully slow and seemed to be straining so replacement ordered. Originally thought it may have been “startus interruptus” but the sound was a clonk from the engine/starter location not a light click from the relay.
Whilst waiting for the new starter motor to arrive I decided to check other electrical connections (dash display and ECU) as a precaution. Dash sorted easy enough but can’t locate ECU hence this post - can someone advise me where it is located please? I think it may be under the offside rear panel as there are a few connections visible but want confirmation before I begin tearing it apart!
My Breva is currently a large paperweight but I’m hoping it is mobile again early next week!
