That’s a vey lovely looking scoot! How old is it? What part of the US?

It’s a 2006 a, gift from a friend in 2019. The bike was sold in GB and brought through Canada to the US IN 2007. Jan and his partner Christine rode it all over the American southwest. Christine is a photographer and took many wonderful photos out west. I frequently serviced the bike at GT Motors in Lansing Michigan, a MotoGuzzi dealer since 1972, gone since 2015, as the owner died. When they could no longer use it, they made me a present of it. My wife and I drove out to Cedar City, Utah, to retrieve it. I was unable to register it until 2024 for various reasons. Once registered and licensed in my name, work commenced and was completed in August 2025. I live in East Lansing, Michigan. I own a 2004 Breva 750 as well as an 1989 Mille GT and a 1976 Convert. Thanks for asking!

Where we started.

Well you have it looking brand new! Testament to your skills and experience.

Don’t imagine your winter is any more forgiving than Scotland’s. Likely more challenging and you will be as desperate for Spring as I am. Dave

Very nice bike - and a good story to go with it. You could put together a good feature for Gambalunga about it!

I seem to remember this guy from many years ago on the Squadra Guzzista forum, did he used to do the Iron but rides on a Breva 750?
Here’s some of his remarkable stories.

Yes, those are the folks! Great people and fine friends. Christine takes wonderful photos, many are on that sight and worth a look!
