As per article Nov-Dec Gambalunga, Click No Starter. My Stelvio was doing this. All dash went off, took awhile to turn over, but then it started. Only once it failed. So after fixing not firing on one cylinder as I pulled out in front of car with good space, nearly to die, after fixing every other problem, used the expert guzzi dealer to use your article and correct final fix.
£830 later, brand new solid state battery fitted, third start, it waits, dash goes off, nothing changed. It started, but nothing altered other than £830 lighter.
Ignition sealer solved the going onto one cylinder. Sprayed fuses right side under seat.
My guess, is that the dash let’s in water. I have tried to seal with grease, drilled hole in rev counter to allow water out. Then place vinyl circle to seal up.
Dealer said they could not do fix in mag as my Stelvio different!
