It was in Serena’s gensec talk about 2 years ago.I solved the problem by buying a 2nd hand gas cooker for £15.00.
Simple enough things to service Gerry, if you can set your valves you can dismantle, refurb and clean one of these
I tried that, if worn then the service Serena recomended is cheaper then buying new parts.
I’m sure you can get spares for 'em, try Googling?

Yes, can get spares but the report was that these people will do the whole refurb and having it looking like new for about £17.G.
