Does a Convert have the same engine braking as the G5/T3 etc, just wondering what they are like when approaching bends etc as i like using my gearbox to be in the right gear for the bend.

Nope - you need to use the brakes on a Convert - big time. However, if you like to be in the right gear, you’ll always be in the right gear with a Convert.
