Convert Petrol Cap.

I have a 1981 Convert. The petrol tank has the lockable hinged flap over the filler cap.

Does anyone have for sale the correct cap for this type of tank?

Any condition as long as it fits.

A picture may be helpful. If it is similar to the ones which Gutsibits offer as (their reference) Tag14955 I found that I could get the cap itself, but seals were a problem. This problem, in turn, was solved by going to eBay. The details of those seals are (I think) somewhere in here. The material is like neoprene, but has another name (being fuel resistant).

Same arrangement as my 1982 T3

The material to use for fuel tank seals is Viton. It is fuel resistant.

That’s the chap. I recall i was able to get a seal the exact dimension from The Bay of E.
