Cali 1100i Can the sensor be replaced without splitting the gearbox off, so as to check the gap of 0.7mm?
Yes, but there is no adjustment. You just need to check if there is a build up of debris on sensor and the trigger bumps on the flywheel. Also check the magnet which is fiametrically opposed to the sensor. Hope these pictures make it clear.
