Is it possible to buy decent replacement bobbins rather than buying a new disk brake? Any recommendations appreciated. Cheers
You’ve got the dreaded rattly bobbins syndrome? This is so common on the new V7’s that EBC make a new rotor for them, which is what I bought. My OEM one started rattling before the bike had its first 900 miles service even. 
No issues with the EBC one, just works.
I don’t think it’s worth trying to fix the original, which apparently is Chinese made, make of that what you will.
How did you guess. There’s no judder just yet but no doubt it’ll happen. Just an extremely irritating clatter. I was looking at the EBC replacement brake disk but I thought I should see if replacement bobbins could be had in the short term to end the rattle. I take your point though and many thanks for your reply.
