The next East Kirkby Bike Night is this Wed, 13th Aug at the Lincs Aviation Centre. £5 entry (includes rider & pillion), with the money going straight into the museum and aircraft restoration.
There’s usually a really varied collection of bikes turn up, old and new, plus trikes.. sidecars, and other assorted anomalies.
This one should be well attended as the weathers looking perfect.
There’s all manner of RAF / aircraft stuff to see alongside the restored Lancaster and a Mosquito.
They’ve a packed hanger, a radio room, various exhibitions, and a NAFFI for food & drink and a gift shop with merch.
It’s well worth a visit, plus on the night they’ll fire up the Lancaster Bomber and taxy up and down the grass runway.
This event comes a couple of days before the Buell/Italian bike meet (Sat 16th) which also looks great day.
