Hi I have just bought my first Moto Guzzi a 2007 Breva 750, principle reason being it only weighs 180+kgs. ( I am fast approaching 80 !!)
After a fair amount of fettling I took it for first run today & noticed after approx 3 miles EFI light comes on. If I stop & switch ignition on again light goes out after 3secs+
The manual says “contact Moto Guzzi dealer”. I understand the bike has not been used much recently, could this be the reason ??
Any advice appreciated.
When I had my 2008 V7 Classic, the engine warning light would come on every so often, especially after a restart. It usually went out after a second restart. On one occasion I had to restart 3 or 4 times. I did nothing about it, otherwise, as it always cleared itself, eventually. Might be wise to contact your dealer though, if it it persists.
