Just viewing an Eldorado, sump has filled with petrol after after a quick start.
My thoughts are that it can only be a float that has flooded, letting fuel through.
It ran for about a minute, how much engine damage could it have done?

surprised it did not catch fire
walk away from it
and dont believe what the seller tells you about the one minute running
Think you missed the point. I was there while the bike was running.

It may do damage but unlikely if only run for a very short time.
If its cheap and you have the knowledge/desire to repair it , fine. If not, walk away!
