I use either Fowlers or Frasers for my parts as both dealers had a good spares department, however Fowlers have now gone online so you have to order by phone or online which is fine apart from the fact that they don’t list the V85TT on their pull down selection? Strange as I could get consumables directly over the counter before. It looks like I’ll be heading up to Gloucester then now they’ve made things more difficult.
Fowlers had a row with Aprilia just before the v85tt was launched so the dealership went to Downend Bikes & Scooters (N Bristol) Downend Bikes and Scooters. I order my service parts there and the chief mechanic really knows her onions

Thanks Johnny, I’ve just called Fowlers and all sorted, just make sure you have the vin number. I use Fowlers as I still have a riders club card from 30 years ago so I get 10% off genuine spares.
Downend are good, I took my V85 there to get it checked out with the fuelling when I first got it as it was snatchy and unresponsive from cold and very snatchy in slow traffic. I couldn’t book it in for a month so they were not short of work which is a good sign. It had the latest map and by that time I’d got used to its poor on/off the throttle and adjusted my riding style. to suit.
