Hi…does anyone know if there is a bigger tank that will fit on a V50 Mk2 from another MG please? thanks.

T3/Cali from the same era, around 20 liters capacity. I got one on V50II frame actually, but I have to warn you, there may be a little limited front end turn. I cannot confirm this will or will not be the case as I use it on V50 frame with totally different engine built into, what forced me - or not, I just cannot remember - to lift the tank a little bit.

That’s interesting…another 4 litres. I tend to suffer from range anxiety! the tank does look quite a lot wider too. i may have to do further research on this. thank you.
just realised I made a pic back then to give an idea re V50 tank vs Cali. Yes, seat sits tight with a bit longer tank, but again, cannot confirm it for sure as I use single Police seat.
Thank you…quite a difference in size…if one comes up for sale cheaply I will purchase and see what is needed to fit it.
