I want to change the bush that is fitted in the footrest plate as its worn.
Does anyone know of anything that will fit or a part number (can’t see it listed)
Thanks

That bush does not appear to be listed.
It was worn on my GRiSO and the slop felt bad but i achieved less play and a better gearchange by using axial spacers (washers or shims) to get under 0.2mm of end clearance.
I think it is worth a try
That’s a good shout, I have been using extra O rings.
I have ordered some bronze bushes to try, we’ll see how that goes.
I played about with mine a few times.
Because it’s a single-sided Lever, it’s never going to be totally slop-free.
I machined a Delrin Bush initially, which improved it, but if the Bush is a close enough fit on the Bolt to stop it wobbling, then the Lever is prone to sticking.
Give it enough clearance to move freely, and it wobbles.
In the end, I modified it to be a ‘Dual-Arm’ Lever, one on each side of the Mounting Plate, which I Milled down to suit.
I had to make a different Lever anyway, as the Sensor Rod for the Quick-Shifter I was fitting wouldn’t fit to the original Lever, due to it’s length, because my Linkage is a two-part design, with a Pivot in the middle to reverse the pattern to ‘one-up ~ five-down’ (as it should be!
).
Pivot Pin slides into the Peg Mounting Plate and is secured with a Grub-Screw.
The two Plates of the Lever have Delrin Bushes that bear on the Pivot Pin.
It’s as slop-free as it’s possible to get without using Ball/Roller Bearings.
Nice bit of work, thanks for input
