Hi Ian. Ive done a fair few miles with the blade now and not had any issues. Quality is good and it takes the weight. 
I agree. If you go too small you’ll end up getting a bigger one. I have the 47 litre and it’s great. 2 helmets (at a push). Certainly doesn’t look too big.
