Griso 8V Termi exhaust

My 8V came with the stainless steel Termignoni exhaust fitted from the previous owner, but there was no Termi documentation with it.

I have 2 questions:

  1. I understand it has a removable baffle. Anyone know how to remove it? (I don’t want to, but I’d like to know it’s actually there and can be removed if I want to in future).

  2. It has a cat incorporated. Can this be removed?
