I have an 1100 griso and yesterday as I was on my way home from work I picked up a nasty misfire along with a petrol soaked left leg which was vexing
on examination the fuel pipe had disconnected at the point where it clips onto the injector.
I haven’t pulled it in bits yet so I’m not sure exactly whats going on but on cursory examination it looks like something has gone missing from the top of the injector
has anyone else experienced the same problem??

Problem sorted after a short conversation with gutsibits it turns out that it’s not uncommon for the fuel pipe to part Company at the tank end which is what had happened squirting fuel directly onto the left hand injector thence down my boot top and onto the exhaust pipe .
It’s a good job nearlys don’t count !!!
