Afternoon folks.
Just got back from the Pennine meeting at Hamish’s.
Good turnout despite the rubbish weather. We had 18 turn up, with most on two wheels.
The post meet runout ended up being sacked off, so most had breakfast and spent a couple of hours talking Guzzi and putting the world to rights.
New member Kevin from Skem (with the mat red V7) was absent from the meeting as unfortunately he has been knocked off. He was on his Enfield at the time. Looking like he will be off the bike for a couple of months due to knee injury. Wishing you a speedy recovery Kevin.
Eventually everyone headed off home, trying to avoid the inclement weather.
I headed up towards Settle, and over Malham tops, dodging the rain all the while, ending up at The Castle in Skipton for a leisurely pint of Old Peculiar (just the one officer 
).
We were discussing who was doing what over the next couple of months, so I will ask the question on the next post.
Next meeting will be next Sunday at the Morris Dancers pub at Colne. Hope to see you there.
