  1. Get yourself to Alton, Hampshire and take the A339 towards Basingstoke
  2. Immediately before you go under the M3 turn left on to the B3046 to Alresford
  3. Stay on B3046 South from Alresford and turn left (East) on to the A272 to Midhurst
  4. Take the A286 South to Chichester
  5. Take the A285 North to Petworth
  6. From Petworth you have great options: A272 West / A272 East / A283 North depending on where home is / where you want to go / how long you want to be out.
