Lario rocker Cover

I want to fit the mid-section fairing to my Lario, which requires a support bracket mounted from the top of the rocker cover. The rocker covers on my Lario have no holes - I’ve been told they’re probably from a V75.
Are the holes threaded? Do they go all the way through?

My Lario does have a threaded boss set in the top of the rocker covers for the fairing mounts. I have taken a picture and will put it up later. Edit - Pictures as promisedDon-Spada2014-06-22 23:56:14

Ah - yes. I have the flat circular bit but will need to drill and tap a hole.
