Le Mans Mk V 1000 recommended lubricants/servicing

Hi, I just purchased an 89 LM Mk V 1000 and would like some advice on the best engine, transmission and final drive lubricants to use. Should I stick to SAE 10/50 for the engine, SAE 80/W90 for the gearbox and the mix of SAE 80/W90 + Rocol ASO/R oil for the final drive box as recommended in the Owners’ Manual from that time, or is there a more modern equivalent I could use? Also, the bike is fitted with 100/90 18 56H + 120/90 18 65V BT45’s; the recommended tyre pressures in the book are 2.5 and 2.6 bar; is that about right or do members find pressures different to the manual give better handling characteristics for this particular tyre? Any advice most welcome.

I tend to stick to the manufacturers recommendation for viscosity, but use what ever manufacturer is available.
I use EP90 in the gearbox and final drive, with a squirt of Moly additive if Halfords still do small tubes of it.
Tyre pressures are a matter of choice, a lot go higher than spec with modern tyres. I stick around 33 front, 36 rear.
