1978 Le Mans : New to Guzzi’s. At a wild guess I would say that the forks have been replaced. Stanchion diameter at the yoke is 38mm. Could someone please let me know the type if possible make and spec/info on seals, oil capacity etc.

They are Marzocchi, I have the same on my Tonti. Much better than the original spindly ones. I have a service manual if you would like a copy, send me your email via PM.
The bars and the switch gear looks non standard as well!
