I am looking for a copy of an English translation of a Lodola 235 workshop manual. I understand that this was produced by Steam Cottage Classics owned by Ian Ledger who may have unfortunately passed away. If you have a copy of this manual or any other English language version please get in touch or point me in the right direction.
Regards
Ian
Hi Ian
I have a copy of an English translation of the user manual rather than the workshop manual.
Send me a private message with your email address and I can send it to you.
I don’t think an English translation of the workshop manual exists. Ive certainly never seen one - and I have looked
I have an English user manual, an Italian parts book and an Italian workshop manual and a decent wiring diagram.
Google translate is your friend - you can use the app and camera on your phone for live translation.
I also have copies of the three Lodola rebuild articles by Brian Peck that were on the club website some years ago if you want them.

Hi Russell
You may be right but I was informed that Ian Ledger had produced a version. Hopefully I will get a copy of the English user manual from Don-Spada(see his response). If not any chance you could send me a copy (electronically?).

Ian

You’ve probably got 2 copies of the user manual now by the looks of it! I hope it is off use to you.

Yes many thanks - much appreciated.

Ian, for future reference there is a pencil icon under your post, click on that to edit. This would mean that you would not have to delete the whole post.
Thanks for removing your email though, it will hopefully reduce your the amount of spam you get!
Have fun, Chris
