Had the Moto Guzzi panniers fitted to my Mandello S yesterday.
Today no matter how I try they will not detach. The dealer explained the process and I dont think I missed anything but I can not budge the.
Any tips ?
Thanks in advance.

Solved… reuires a firm smack on the fron of the pannier ie a frearward movement. Must say I’ve seen better systems.
What you will also find is that when they’ve been fitted for about 6 -7 k miles, they will become nice and loose - and rattle like hell over the lumpy bits. Really noisy.
The cure is to make a shim (I used a piece of bicycle inner tube on a piece of automotive double sided tape) to go on the floor of the rearmost pannier tab receptacle.
This restores peace and quiet, but also a little bit of the stiffness (oo-er missus!) when mounting/dismounting the bags…
Thanks for the info.
Colin.
If I asked “Grob”, would you understand?
Twin or Single?
Twin ? Viking ? Concrete Swan ?

Aha. As I thought.
At the risk of veering severely off course (following the lift), my favourite was the back seat of the SZD 50.3 Puchacz.
