Hi got a mk111 v7 and love it but the suspension is quite frankly bloody rubbish why do they put basic cheap suspension on what otherwise is a quality bike anyhow need advice on best way to make bike better progressive springs or go for fully adjustable so any advice would be helpful on the make the price how it transformed the bike guess am looking for a more plush ride as back is taking a beating thanks
hagon rear shocks seem to be the most popular upgrade here for v7s (and v50s!)
