New Member Derby way

If you mean my greenie V11 Sport, it’s a standard factory colour. When launched in 1999 the V11 was available in Silver, Green and Black
Strangely the black ones are the rarest

V11’s are sublime
Probably the best evolution of the old school big block before the CARC generation
The later black frames with the very slightly longer wheelbase are fabulous

Yes, that’s the one I’m referring to. Never seen a V11 up close so if I see you at any Guzzi events or up Derbyshire way, I’d love a closer look and a chat. I got the new V100 Mandello when it was released in December and traded in my V7 II Speciale.

Wow, I can see that MSC Stapleford was the dealer that supplied your new V100. I live around 1 mile from MSC, and as from April will be riding around Derbyshire most weekends. I’m not taking the plunge to buy a V100 for a couple of years as I’m interested to see if there are any technical teething issues to iron out, and I’d very very interested in hearing about your experiences of the V100.
As regards V11’s you don’t tend to see may around but they’re great sport tourers with the emphasis on sport. My favourite V11 is my Rosso Corsa, but I have to admit the early V11 Greenie is very attention grabbing (for a Guzzi)

Beautiful. I so need a big block Guzzi again. Yes I love the red and the green ones. Just can never find one when I have the cash… typical.
